    What is Kwik Duka?

    Kwik Duka is an online supermarket offering the quickest delivery of household essentials. We bring your order to your doorstep within 20 minutes. Try us today!

    • You can shop on our website (kwikduka.com). Navigate to the products you want on our home page. You can also use the categories page or the search bar to find the products that you want.
    • Once you’re satisified by the list of items in your cart you can proceed to checkout. Our delivery team will be at your doorstep within 20 minutes and you make your payment on receiving your items.
    • Click the login/register icon at the top right of our website. Enter your email address and click the register button. You will get an email to set your new password and edit your account details.
    • Check your spam folder in case you don’t see our email.

    We currently deliver within Ruaka but are putting in place systems to cover more locations in Nairobi and beyond.

    We fulfil all orders made during our operating hours within 20 minutes. We operate everyday from 10am to 8pm

    We charge a standard delivery fee of ksh.200.

    No, we do not have a minimum order value.

    We carefully pack your order using standard packing bags to ensure your items arrive in great condition.

    You will pay for your order via our Mpesa Till Number 4977596 on receiving the items.

    Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled because our order fulfilment process is simply too fast (20 minutes maximum). Please double check your order before confirming.

    We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is only used to process your orders and improve our services. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
